Can I answer my intercom on my smartphone?
Yes. Aiphone's IX and IXG series systems include a smartphone app (Aiphone IXG) that allows you to receive video calls from your door station on your phone, see the visitor on camera, and release the door lock remotely — from anywhere with an internet connection.
Do you install intercoms for strata buildings?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We install Aiphone multi-tenant systems with lobby panels, individual handsets for each unit, and master stations for building management. We work with body corporates and property managers and can handle projects of any size.
Can the intercom be integrated with my electric gate?
Yes. We regularly integrate intercom systems with electric gate automation. A visitor calls from the entry station, you speak to them via the intercom and, if you want to grant access, you press a button on your handset or phone to open the gate. We handle the full integration as part of the installation.
Can you repair or upgrade my existing intercom?
Yes. We service and repair a wide range of intercom brands. If your existing system is beyond economic repair, we can recommend a modern replacement that reuses your existing cable runs where possible to minimise installation cost.
